I had ALD conduct leak detection services at our home and subsequent repairs. Their technicians and office staff were very professional, their quote and pricing structure was very fair, even when some extra unanticipated work occurred. The technicians answered every question I had throughout the service.

Called Absolute and got them out right away. They swapped out the water heater and all is well. Used them in the past and will continue using them.

Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.
