My experience today was amazing. I was worried about what kind of work my shower and toilets needed but Stephen took the best possible route for me and fixed my shower/toilets the same day. Mike was fantastic. Came out quick and was super professional and clean. We needed a toilet flange and supply line. He even checked our house water pressure and gave his expertise regarding a sink we are considering replacing. All in all we are very happy with their service and will totally use them again in the future.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with 5 Star Plumbing Heating and Air! There’s a reason “5 Star” is in their name! I called them in the morning and was quoted an arrival time, same day that afternoon. Not only did they arrive 10 minutes before the estimated window for the appt, they quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part in their van and fixed my AC, which is now blowing COLD air! Very responsive and professional. From the receptionist and Facebook messaging responsive time to the crew who came and got my AC back up in running (in 30 minutes I should add), made my experience with them wonderful! Would definitely recommend them!

From Georgina answering all my questions to the crew who excavated a very difficult spot to Pablo and David sleeving the line to the techs who installed the top hat, every single person was friendly and professional.
