Jim & Sons Plumbing was the most courteous ,professional, and honest company I have dealt with in a long time.I was told that they would be at my house at 10am on Monday and I asked if they could make it sooner I’ll be home. I got a call from them asking if it would be okay if he started at 8:30 am I said yes and he arrived introduced himself and started detecting the water leak , traced the water line, found the water leak , told me what it my options were, told me what it would cost which was extremely fair. I told him to fix the problem which he did and my water was back on now I’m doing great without the stress of a leak

I had multiple plumbing companies come out before calling All-Star, wish I would have called them first! Very professional and honest, other company quoted me crazy amounts of money to fix a sewer clog they couldn't fix. All-Star did it without an issue and for a very reasonable price. I will be using them anytime I need any plumbing work done!!

My experience with Marc at Make it Drain was fantastic. We had a problem with leakage under the house that we thought was fixed when we bought the place. Turns out two years later that something wasn't done right and we had wastewater accumulating from the kitchen. Marc from Make it Drain came out on short notice on the weekend to look at the job, and he gave me a great estimate, educated me about the issues, talked me through the process, and had a friendly but no-pressure approach. I had several other companies out to make estimates, and one of the estimates was three times what Marc quoted me!! When we arranged the job it was easy, and Marc and his guys showed up on time, did exactly what he said he'd do, kept everything super clean, took pictures to show me what was going on, and continued to keep me looped in so I understood everything.
