FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

Our water heater has been out for 4 days now and I tried watching videos online and followed the directions on the heater but after multiple attempts, I was out of ideas so I called Budget Emergency Plumbing and Dale came by quickly and got it going for me right away!! And he took the time to teach me how to do it in case it goes out again! Speed, service, and such a kind person!! I highly recommend them! Now off to take a hot shower!
