Worst Customer Service ever, rude, and very sloppy work, he was supposed to come back and complete the job, instead he sent someone else who was worse, and they just left the drains worse then they were. Worst experience ever.!

I had my first experience with Plumbing Specialist Inc. I must say that it was the best decision I took to call them for the problem I had with y water heater (GE which I will never purchased again.) I was getting the run around from Rheems Mfg which were saying one day they have the part and another day they don't have that part and at the same time we had no hot water for 6 days waiting for the part to come which never did.
So i spoke with Amber at Plumbing Specialists. Inc. and boom with in the same day she found the part and the next day I had hot water. That girl rock and can get things done. Patrick the tech that came to my house took care of replacing the thermocouple the professional way and was extremely friendly. I am a homeowner, I have put this company in my contacts on my phone and will be my plumber from now one. I recommend these people highly and always speak with Amber. She will handle what ever your problem is!

Had a great experience with Pride Plumbing. Called them on Sunday morning to repair a leaking water heater. Stephen arrived within an hour and quickly assessed the situation and gave us a quote. He replaced the water heater with a temporary setup (our drywall needed to be replaced before permanent installation could be done). He was finished with the setup within three hours after arrival and hot water was available! We set up an appointment with their office as soon as we were ready for final installation, and Stephen came back for the final and cleanup. Very professional services, from the office workers to the technician! It's very unusual these days for us to find such good service. Stephen was professional, courteous, efficient, clean-cut and thorough. It was also a plus to get a heads-up text that the technician was on the way! (And a nice safety feature to send along a picture of the responding technician)!
