When I called, Matt was able to come over that very day. He and his trainee, Kevin, took care of my concerns and found other issues that needed correction. He even purchased faucets, pop up drains for my bathroom sinks and a shower head. He brought in the new toilet and disposed of the old one. He explained everything and listened to all of my questions. It was a good plumbing experience. They also noticed a low tire due to a nail in my car. I was able to get it fixed right away. That's good service!

I had my first experience with Plumbing Specialist Inc. I must say that it was the best decision I took to call them for the problem I had with y water heater (GE which I will never purchased again.) I was getting the run around from Rheems Mfg which were saying one day they have the part and another day they don't have that part and at the same time we had no hot water for 6 days waiting for the part to come which never did.
So i spoke with Amber at Plumbing Specialists. Inc. and boom with in the same day she found the part and the next day I had hot water. That girl rock and can get things done. Patrick the tech that came to my house took care of replacing the thermocouple the professional way and was extremely friendly. I am a homeowner, I have put this company in my contacts on my phone and will be my plumber from now one. I recommend these people highly and always speak with Amber. She will handle what ever your problem is!

Highly recommended. I had an emergency at one of my Airbnb properties and I had guest arriving the following morning. I reached out at 11p and Tameka responded by 11:20p; I had a confirmation within 10mins. She was communicative and extremely prompt. I Google searched for local plumbers, Thompson was one of the first to come up that served Colton, CA, after reading through a few reviews I called them up and booked my appointment for the following day. Riley came out, diagnosed my problem, and went to work. He was extremely kind, thorough, professional, and sincere. He efficiently cleared my upstairs toilet that overflowed and leaked into the downstairs bathroom, as well as replaced the old toilet all together and did a fine job. He also offered recommendations for other work we can do to fix my leaking shower. Reasonably priced for the amount of work I had him do within a few hours.
