Mike was so nice and polite and so was his assistant. We had a toilet plugged and my husband reached out to them the night before. They were the only company with a reasonable price for an estimate.

Replacement of leaking Moen shower cartridge was performed very quickly. Cause of leaking shower cartridge was found to be defective water pressure regulator. Water pressure in the house was around 90psi vs normal 60psi. A few days later the pressure regulator was procured and installed very quickly.

Big John's is my go to for plumbing issues in my house and when others ask me for referralsj to a plumber. Today's repair was a toilet issue which was done quickly and inexpensively. The first time I used this company it was an emergency sewer backup in my house during the holidays! They had a tech here in 20 minutes! They used a tiny camera to determine tree routes had grown into the sewer link under my driveway, then fixed the issue. (Talk about immediatley winning loyalty!) Thank you, John!

Great Quality Service and Awesome Customer Service

This is the second time I'll be writing a very positive review for these guys. My Dad (on Lion Street) recently had a plugged up sink that was pretty ugly, after a quick phone call, they were able to get out and see him SAME DAY!
