Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called Make It Drain after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! And to top it off, they even helped clean up the flood in my bathroom when my stupid brother turned the main water back on while they were in the middle of the repair. (Oy.) I'll definitely be calling Make It Drain again for any plumbing needs.

We had a plumbing problem at our home, and we hired a local plumber, who totally botched the job, and caused more damage. Then they literally walked off the job, leaving a huge mess. We called Big John's Plumbing, and they came out first thing the next day. They fixed the original problem, as well as the additional problem caused by the original plumbers for less than half the cost of what the first plumbers were going to charge me.
