Our water heater was making really loud, banging noises for about a year. I thought that we were going to need an entirely new water heater, but it turns out that it was just in need of a flush. The fact that John came out and recommended the flush, and not a preplacement tank, was very nice considering that I was ready to pay for the replacement. Water heater works fine now. I strongly recommend Big John's Plumbing.

They were able to get our toilet and bathtub draining for us, and they were friendly the whole time. Just good dudes. Communicated with us what we would need to fix in the future, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. Any plumbing issues in the future, I am only going through them. Thank you guys!!
