If you've got a plumbing issue, call Luke first! We called him for a second opinion after another company put a camera down our lines and showed us several leaks. They said we'd have to rerun the whole house and it was going to cost $20k. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion. Luke came out, ran his own camera. Told us we had normal wear, one leak that he fixed for $300 (lots of digging involved), and said there was no need to redo the lines. We've had to call him out a few times since for various other issues. He's very reasonably priced and guarantees his work. We trust him. When we remodel our kitchen, we're calling Luke!

Had a great experience with Pride Plumbing. Called them on Sunday morning to repair a leaking water heater. Stephen arrived within an hour and quickly assessed the situation and gave us a quote. He replaced the water heater with a temporary setup (our drywall needed to be replaced before permanent installation could be done). He was finished with the setup within three hours after arrival and hot water was available! We set up an appointment with their office as soon as we were ready for final installation, and Stephen came back for the final and cleanup. Very professional services, from the office workers to the technician! It's very unusual these days for us to find such good service. Stephen was professional, courteous, efficient, clean-cut and thorough. It was also a plus to get a heads-up text that the technician was on the way! (And a nice safety feature to send along a picture of the responding technician)!

They recieved the highest compliment from my claim adjuster who came to see the job . I quote as he said this to his assistant. THIS IS A PLUMBER WHO CARES ABOUT HIS WORK AND CUSTOMER. The assistant said why. IT IS A CLEAN JOB AND HE DID NOT TEAR UP THE HOUSE AND LOOK AT THE QUALITY OF WORK. He continued to say and I see alot of jobs out thereyou can not beat this. So as far as I am concerned Conrad has a gift of being honest and caring to make sure it gets done right and keeping his customers at ease. So I highly recommend his company.
