I reached out at 11p and Tameka responded by 11:20p; I had a confirmation within 10mins. She was communicative and extremely prompt. I needed services between 7-9a the following day and she made it happen. Dustin arrived by 7:45a and completed the job by 9a. He was friendly and efficient. They have a customer for life in me. We have used All Pro Plumbing for several issues - but most recently, to fix an issue with roots growing in a pipe under a toilet. It wasn’t an easy thing to find, but we got it resolved and I would like to give a special thank you to the last service technician that did the repair - Jeff Shuff. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did an excellent job, without having to damage our tile floor. He went over and above with his customer service and it was much appreciated after a long week.
