I was worried at first because attempting to use the company website for scheduling did not seem to work out (my browser blocked the redirect the first time I tried, but I changed the setting and tried again), and so I called them after about four or five hours without hearing back. Mr. Best answered and explained that he had not received a request, but told me he'd get back to me later in the day to schedule something. The company did get back to me later that day, and scheduled a tech to come out this morning between 8-10 AM. I received a call from the tech (Ryan) during that slot, and he informed me that he would be out by 10, and he was. He brought the faucet I'd agreed to purchase, and he had it up and running in about half an hour. He was an extremely personable and professional tradesman, which has not always been my experience here in Riverside. Barring any leaks that show up in the next few days under that faucet, this five star review will live on forever in the hearts of mankind, blah blah blah. Anyway, great job by Best Plumbing Service, at a very fair cost, and handled more rapidly than I'd have ever expected.

Stephen and Chris were awesome! They spent a good deal of time just troubleshooting, trying to figure out the most economical repair for my 64-year-old, patched-together house; then they did excellent work and charged less than my previous plumbers for similar scale jobs. Rudy came to service my clogged bathtub. Charged me 180$ Failed to explain that if the service provided didn’t work their would be an additional fee to service any other line. Rudy began clearing out the drains on the outside, & I was under the impression that in the price quoted he would also run the snake thru the inside as per usual plumbing. Tho after clearing drains outside he explained that there would in fact be an additional fee of $200 to run the snake thru the tub. I explained to Rudy that I was not aware of that as he failed to inform me. I explained to him that I didn’t not have enough money to pay for that amount, as I was misinformed. Rudy quoted ‘Do you want the service or not as I have other jobs?” Expressing no concern of care in regards to my financial situation. He then walked of the job stated he was done & would be reaching out to his supervisor. My husband retrieved him in his truck & ask that he finish the job as the bathtub is a necessity. Rudy returned apologized for his behavior & proceeded to explain that running the snake thru the drains could possibly damage or brake the drains & an additional fee would be included. As if I wasn’t already stressed enough. I asked what the possibility of that occurring was he stated 50/50. Then he rephrased himself & said it would be a 25% chance of that occurring. Which had me confused? So no now I was paying the man 400$, & running the risk that he brake my drains. Rudy was able to clear the clog in my bathtub. Had he originally run the snake thru there in the first place rather than insisting he clear the outside drains had I saved myself $200. As a paying customer I felt taken advantage off and uneasy about trusting a “professional’ to unclear the drain. Never have I had to pay my plumber $400 that I do not have to unclog my bathtub. Will most likely not ever use this service again.

These guys came out when I had an emergency and were there to fix the problem. I have used them many times and always great results and great prices compared to others. I highly recommend using Anthony’s Plumbing!

Carson and Dustin were absolute professionals. Out of everyone we called in our area, they were the only ones to respond and fit us in ASAP. They were able to get our toilet and bathtub draining for us, and they were friendly the whole time. Just good dudes. Communicated with us what we would need to fix in the future, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. Any plumbing issues in the future, I am only going through them. Thank you guys!!
