I had a drain blockage and this was my first experience with a plumbing issue in my house. Originally I went through my home insurance and they sent me a company who came out and told me, “he would not price gauge me so don’t worry.” Whenever people say that you can be sure that is exactly what they will do. Sure enough, he told me there was “no way” to access the blockage because my pipes were not done correctly in my house. Because he wrote on the assessment that it wasn’t done correctly insurance wouldn’t cover it. The other company gave me an estimate of $2400! I immediately called Best Plumbing to get a second opinion. They did find a way to access the drain, unclogged it, and cleaned up! I was blown away! The first company claimed they would have to dig down and “crack my pipes” to gain access to the blockage and it would take all day to repair to the tune of $2400. Best Plumbing gained access, DID NOT crack pipes, cleaned up after the mess the blockage caused and it was a fraction of the original estimate I received from the first company. The even fixed my garbage disposal which we uncovered had an issue while they were there. He also showed
Me how to do it myself if it ever happened again. I am so greatful to Best Plumbing and their staff and I highly recommend them!
