My Ac stop working and I was freaking out and I called NexGen and I was so nervous and scared that it was going to be something serious. Unfortunately, I was right our whole Ac system was trash. I was having a panic attack and when Eddie the technician came out he was telling me not to worry we were going to figure this out . He said I'm going to see what we can do to get you're house cooled down. It was a big issue so he did have to call his boss Marcus . Right off the bat Marcus was jolly and funny and calmed my boyfriend and I down . Eddie and Marcus together were amazing . You see I have pets and an 86 year old grandma and it was 101 degrees in our home so for these gentlemen to come in and sit in the heat with us and talk us through all our options and see what we could afford meant alot to us . They suffered in the house with us and for that I am so grateful. We are moving forward with a new ac its going to be an investment but in the long run we are going to be comfortable. Nex Gen will always be our go to people for anything broken in our home . They have shown us that they care and that they are not out to take all our money and rob us hahaha. That being said , a big shout out to Eddie and Marcus thank you guys so much for everything!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!! Oh and Marcus make sure Eddie brings the right thermostat to install hahaha kk 😆 😄 🤣
