Best Oil in Reno NV

Had water heater replaced about a year ago or more. Excellent service very professional. Just recently Pipe for sprinklers had been leaking for awhile, finally called Gibson Plumbing to come out to fix it. Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Replaced it with new one and no more leaking. Highly recommend them and will use them again when needed in our 20 year old house.

I have been a customer of Bruce MacKay for over 40 years. They installed my entire Geothermal heating system, well and house. They are always ready to help when the slightest irregularity happens. I would recommend them for any project you may have, They are courteous, understanding, and very knowledgeable and I trust them.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

These guys were great. They had a technician out here in 20 minutes who explained everything, traded out whatvhe had to in order to get it working since it was over time. He's coming bsck to replace the unit and we couldnt be happier with his professionalism, his demeanor and his trying to help save us some money on it too. Would happily recommend.
