Good communication, set, follow up, bit pricey at $156 minimum fee, then tried to tack on $40 for cutting of some fiber tape to get to leak, did remove the extra $40 when I complained however.

He came out the same day. Very efficient and very knowledgeable. Reccomend him to anyone!
