I called river city after noticing a musty smell. They were at my house within an hour. Phil and Denver were very professional, quick, and just nice guys. They were super kind to my kids too, they loved watching them work and now my oldest son says he wants to be a plumber when he grows up! I will definitely be calling these guys for all my plumbing needs. highly recommend!

I had a major winter problem with snow covering the vents for the water heater and furnace. Don immediately came out, evaluated the problems and got to work with his crew. He worked with the furnace repairman, kept me informed and solved the problem. This is a man that knows the worD SERVICE.

We called about 10 different plumber's no one would come out for at least a week. meanwhile we have water coming from the wall into our house we purchased 3 days prior. Eric came out immediately and I mean immediately! He was very polite and helpful from the beginning to end. He was very fast and efficient the best contractor I have ever encountered by a mile and unfortunately I have too much experience with plumbing issues and contractors. We have most definitely found our plumber and plan on having him come back for toilet replacement and any further issues. I'm so grateful we have a go to guy from now on.
