They canceled an appointment after being an hour and 15 minutes late. You are not the only people working others like myself and my wife left work early to meet you. I had scheduled a meeting from 3:00 to 5:00 and received a call at 4:40 pm while I was on the other line and did not take the call but I did call immediately back at 4:46 and was told I needed to be rescheduled. I know stuff happens but calling 20 minutes before the two hour ended was what upset me. I am not sure how your service is but how can I give a good rating if you don't show up.
