Experience was great.

We had a new shower installed in our new/old house a year and a half ago. We have had a shower that dripped to the bathroom a level down and we had it fixed - we thought.. When it happened again I called the company that I knew would know what to do with the problem - and they did. I won't call a different company again for any of my kitchen and bathroom problems. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Called to schedule an appointment for knocking pipes. He walked me through fixing it myself over the phone and when we thought the issue wasn’t resolved he offered to swing by on his personal time before his work day started to take quick a look. But what he walked me through doing over the phone actually resolved the issue. He refused to let me pay him anything for his help. Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had with a plumber.

I had an after hours urgent service call on a Sunday, and these guys answered my call, took the job on and got my broken water valve repaired within hours!! I cannot express how pleased we are with their knowledge & responsiveness to our call!

I’ve used Vargas & Son on a remodel for my guest bedroom. They are really knowledgeable on how the layout and what need to get done for my needs. I have used other companies in the past for other projects but Vagas & Son has been by far the best outfit for the job.

bob Lamb is a joke, of a man and awful business owner. he did work on my house and just postponed appointment all summer...now the heater doesn't work...than he comes to fix the heater and the ac unit doesn't work...he leaves before the job is finished. awful customer service. will be contacting bbb and other routes soon if my unit is working properly
