Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

Won't quote a standard drain snake over the phone. Shows up and wants over 250$. Last plumber I used charged half the price on emergency Sunday time. They did find a larger issue though with the cameras which could be a major save .

These guys did a fabulous job, on my sewer line, in a very difficult situation. We live in an older neighborhood where the city sewer line and easements go down between the back yards of the houses on the block. My 65+ year old “Orangeburg” sewer line was nearly completely collapsed. Many years ago my neighbor had built a block wall and planted lilac bushes right on top of the easement where the city line existed. We had to get to the line from the neighbor’s back yard or remove the wall to access it from my property. We got permission to access it and I had to cut 2 lilac bushes down. One was dead and the other almost dead and they were exactly on top of where my line and the neighbor’s line connected to the city line. There was minimal damage to our yards from the rubber tracked mini-excavator that A1 used. It was unbelievable how many big rocks are in the ground in our neighborhood. In 2 days A1 Plumbing was able to dig a few holes and pipe bust my entire 50 foot + line and replace the old collapsed pipe. Our line was only out of commission for about 5 hours the 2nd day. All the holes were filled back in and I only have some cleanup work to rake out some spots on the grassy areas where the rubber excavator tracks bunched it up a little, and pick up some of the new rocks that got exposed. It feels great to be able to flush the toilet and know that the material is moving into the city system and NOT coming back at me. Thanks Jay and the rest of the A1 crew for a great job.

Service was good. However tech did not clean up mess. Left rusted water all over our garage. And garbage on floor

I had been making calls and getting estimates for a couple of weeks to get our water heater replaced. Other places I called in town were too busy to send someone out to give me a quote and couldn’t get me on the schedule for a few weeks. Then other places came out but were more expensive or didn’t back to me with a quote. I called Root-o-matic and even though they were busy too, someone came out right away. When he saw how bad our water heater was leaking he offered to pull it out right then and there and put a new one in the next morning. And also gave me a fair price. Our whole family is so grateful! Thank you Root-O-Matic and especially Darrin. Darrin was very experienced and skilled, and most importantly, kind. I’ll call these guys again if we need them.

Communication: I was referred to them by another client who also highly recommended them. I reached out on the weekend and received timely and professional response within reasonable hours of the day. Adan communicated possible times that would work for both of us for a leak inspection and was timely and considerate about the potential severity of the situation.

Scheduling: Adan was able to pencil me in between appointment schedules and had great communication about possible times. He worked with my busy work schedule to find an ideal time within a reasonable time frame.

Professionality: When Adan and his partner arrived on site, they were professional, courteous and considerate. Thorough in their examination, and listened to what my concerns were and investigated the issue from multiple angles and different possible systems.

Price: I believe that the price of the service was very reasonable for the quality and professionalism experienced.

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Spoke with Taylor in the AM and was scheduled with Clarence for the same day in the afternoon.

Clarence arrived as scheduled and assessed work previously done by a different company. Clarence was upfront about pricing and even ran over to Home Depot at one point to pickup a piece we needed. All within the allotted time.

Clarence explained his work each step of the way, like a good doctor would.

We’re pleased with the work he did and could easily recommend IHS to others and will call on them if we need future work.
