Fast and responsive on a Sunday night! Toilet was clogged and we tried a drain snake but didn't work. Ended up calling Roto-Rooter and got a 2 hour estimate arrival time but help arrived in an hour! He was able to unclog it and tightened our toilet seat :) in less than 30 min.
