Eugene was a pleasure to deal with. He allowed me to send him photos of the job and provided timely and reasonable estimates for the job. He communicated efficiently, offered several approaches to solving the plumbing problem and allowed me to make a decision on which solution worked best for me. He arrived promptly and he and his colleague, Dennis, got to work quickly. They replaced a faucet in the master shower, which involved cutting a hole in the wall to access and replace the 21 year old valve. They also patched the drywall to a rough finish. While he was here, I mentioned two other plumbing projects I had on the back burner and he offered to take care of them all for a reasonable additional fee. He installed a new outside faucet and also adjusted the water pressure and checked the expansion tank of the hot water heater. Eugene explained everything he was doing was very friendly and helpful. Nick Howard arrived with a smile and immediately went to work--upstairs, downstairs and outdoors where he caught the culprit. It was just an inquisitive garden lizard who got fried and turned off the whole mechanism! To make sure Nick double checked the attic, poured a few gallons of water into the pipe, and declared the machinery sound . Nevertheless, he stayed on site in his truck (with AC!) while he did his paperwork. I was so grateful the company answered my distress call on a Sunday, and even more so to have met Howard.

I have been working with this company since 2015. They replaced both of my AC units and one of my furnaces. The staff is exceptionally professional and polite. They will explain as much as they possibly can to customers so that we can make informed decisions and make daily choices about how best to optimally care for an HVAC unit. I recently had them come unclog a line for my upstairs AC unit. They did a great job but I had some concerns about if it was possible water was still leaking and they came and double checked it. The staff was exceptionally polite and stated that it was very understandable because water damage can destroy a ceiling. While they had successfully stopped the line leak the second time they came out we uncovered where the water initially pooled on the drywall and got some fans running on it. This company is thorough and I believe they train their staff well and treat them with respect. I truly believe this company values both their customers AND their employees so I can't recommend them enough.
