Used them in the past for scheduled HVAC replacement. No complaint.
This time HVAC is down. Called Emergency service last night. The engineer was too busy to come out but promised to put request forward to the office for appointment next day. Called the office this morning, no information was transferred. They took information again and told me that I will be notified when engineer will be dispatched. Called at noon to check and they told me I was scheduled for tomorrow. When reminding them of agreeing with engineer last night to postpone service to today, they told me engineer was not authorized to promise appointment. Manager apologized. ..........I am glad there are alternative providers that provide state of the art customer service....

We had a new HVAC system installed by Air Exoerts about 5 years ago. I am so did my due diligence and had 3 quotes before choosing Air Experts. This company is professional and customer centered. They follow up with reminders for yearly AC and Heat maintenance. They call with in the 2 hour scheduled time and let you know tech is on their way. They went above and beyond to find the source of rust and sent Lee,, supervisor, 30 years experience to assess and repair problem free of charge. They have worked with me to save Money on maintenance needs, filters etc. When I'm going thru cancer treatment and financially squeezed. I have been impressed with service, knowledge and professional skills across the board. Thank you Air Experts.

A different ac repair company tried and failed to fix my AC when it wasn’t working. I wanted a second opinion on whether the whole system needed to be replaced. Gage came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it straight away. The problem ended up being something fairly small the other company should have found. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He had all the right knowledge and equipment to diagnose and solve the problem. He explained what the issue was and got it done. I couldn’t be more pleased.
