On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience using Roto-Rooter for issues with my water heater. Not only was I thrilled when their customer service agent told me there was no fee for someone to come and look at the unit (even if I chose not to have it serviced by them), but I was extremely satisfied with the service done by their technician Erik Bradley (4813). He was polite and professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was shocked they were able to send someone out at 8:30 pm to check on the unit. I was more shocked that he stayed until 11 pm to make sure it was fixed. I'll use them again.

Owner Jimmy was great to work with- very personable and easy to reach. Jerry and Jared were efficient and kind. Triple checked everything before they left. Overall very satisfied!
