Jeff Fletcher from Roto Rooter of Raleigh, NC was courteous, explained exactly what the fees were going to be and what would be included in the service, and most of all made me feel comfortable in understanding everything that he was doing by answering my many questions in detail and so that I was totally clear what was happening, what he found, and the ramifications of what he found. Wayne from Roto-Rooter came out on a Saturday to fix a backed up sink. As it turned out that was only a symptom of the real issue. He carefully explained every step and made certain we understood all our options. He did a great job and didn't even complain when stung by hornets surrounding the access point to the water line. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter.

I called on a weekend with an emergency leak underground in my front yard. Matthew had finished a job and had to drive 45 mins but he came. He dug up the leak 2 ft down , fixed it and covered it all up. I was 100% pleased. He was amazing and incredibly pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Aces all the way.
