Best Reverse Osmosis System in Raleigh NC

This is at least our second time using Midtown. Once again, I'm very impressed. The tech called and arrived almost an hour before schedule which was awesome, since our kitchen sink and dishwasher were out of commission due to a clog. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend!

Had an outstanding experience with Eugene. He is knowledgeable, skillful, equiped well, great at communication and troubleshooting. He was on time and did a quality job on faucets and valves in my house. He also adjusted expansion tank pressure accordingly to the pressure in the system. I have used PK Plumbing twice now, and have been very impressed with their skill, service, and attention to detail. I used them first for an emergency issue, which they responded to promptly and stayed into the evening to resolve for me. I then used them for a larger more intensive plumbing pipe project--their quote was competitive, they scheduled it quickly, and despite the challenging nature of the outdoor project, they made it completely painless for me. Edwin is a great communicator, has the advanced equipment to handle even the toughest jobs, and just plain knows his stuff! Will be relying on him in the future for sure.
