Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. We had a leak problem with our downstairs toilet which is on a slab foundation; it also would occasionally run. I called Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions and spoke with Kimber who was so helpful with estimates and subsequent scheduling. Zech came out and took care of our problems. He was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He pulled the toilet and found that there was a problem with the wax ring. He replaced the wax ring, fill valve and flapper in no time. I am so glad to have found a plumbing service that I feel is dependable and trustworthy!
