I am so impressed with this company and with the owner, Terry! I had a leak that went through the wall of my house and I just knew that it was going to cost a fortune. The technician that came out was so kind and efficient. I later learned that this company is serviced based, not profit based. They thanked me for my service and they refused to make a profit off of the work they did for me. This company reminded me that there are good people in the world. I appreciate Terry and his staff! I had several repairs that needed done under my ahs warranty.
So I did not choose this company, the insurance company chose for me. I could not be more happy with the job the guys did, I had several additional repairs done
that I needed. I called around for estimates and they were reasonable AND did a great job. I had several questions they were able to help me with. Personable and knowledgeable. I will certainly being staying with Carolina Plumbing for any future needs.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.
