Fantastic service, very easy to work with - highly recommended!

I work from home, and barely heard them doing their work, during the 7-8 hours they were here. They arrived on time. Laid down tarps, from the front door, to the attic crawl space, and wore booties while in the house. They cleaned up their mess, inside and out.
They did a rezoning of my entire system, and installed a 2nd thermostat in my upstairs office. I called the next day, as the system didn't seem quite right. A technician arrived within an hour of my call, made a few adjustments, and all is good. He even locked my door, as he left, as I was working upstairs.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

The air stopped blowing cold in the office and the Mandolin team was there the next day with a fast diagnosis and repair that got us cool again. I highly recommend them!

I don't recommend him. Easy to work with during the initial work. Workmanship failed right after the year warranty was up and repair cost us. Person with him said rubber pipe section that was used originally was too short.

***3/28/19 UPDATE***
Chris came by to fix a leak that was under warranty, which may have been a freeze issue, at no charge. We talked about the problem I described above. Both of us have a better understanding of each other's point of view. I do still have concerns, but I changed from 2 stars to 3, and WILL consider using him again, at which point I will update my review accordingly.

I worked for this company they scam all their customers into believing there are worse problems then there really are ... they are trained from day one how to scam save your money and go with someone else .... if I could give negative stars I would
