Their employee offered to do work for me on a weekend - on the side, now this company will not do work for me. One would think they would get better employees, rather than cut off customers.

New house, construction left PVC pipe fragments in sewage line causing our discharge to back up into bathtub. Panicked we called Roto-Rooter and Travis responded within the hour on a Sunday and worked diligently until obstruction was shattered and cleared.
