Best Leak Location in Raleigh NC

We have a new house construction and I needed a plumber that could handle the whole project. Plumb V was a godsend. They have been professional, on time, and helped advise me on how we needed to do it while even saving money. I can’t say enough about the company as a whole and Keith Jones and his team. We couldn’t be happier.

Technician was polite, timely (called 90 minutes prior to arrival to notify me of expected time AND arrived with 5 minutes of designated time, willing to thoroughly explain what he was doing at every step, thorough assessment, identify the issues, and did what was required to have sinks, washing machine, etc draining with ease.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

Wayne 3112, came out quick and looked at the toilet at my employer's place and fixed the issue. I liked his friendliness and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in the regards to the issue.

Adem, Shane and Matthew are excellent representatives of this company. Our massive job was finished within the given time frame. The technicians went to great lengths to protect our furnishings, etc.
