Best Heating Solutions in Raleigh NC

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. I can no longer recommend this company to anyone. I have had a maintenance agreement with them for almost 10 years now. While they are all very courteous and prompt to deliver service its the actual service I have issues with. First it is VERY over priced but what are you to do when you have a heating or AC unit down and don't have time to shop around to get it back up and running. Their maintenance agreements do nothing other that give you a small discount from my experience. Additionally, when they do their seasonal maintenance on the system you can count on one to three week following that you will have system issues that you will be charged for. I would recommend finding another company to maintain your heating and AC systems.

I used Service Experts to repair my AC. The technician, Tim, was wonderful! He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained what he found, and made sure I understood the whole picture. He took the time, effort, and caring to give me great service. I’m thankful for him!

Not sure what theses guys are doing, but when you install a new unit and need to have it serviced more than 3 times in the year, that seems to be an issue...

Now 12 months in and 4 service calls later they want to charge me over $100 to even look at it!!!!

And to add insult to injury they want me to pay for labor on any covered warranty items...

I absolutely do not recommend Newcomb and Company, they obviously do not know what they are doing

You could not ask for a more honest, trustworthy company to take care of your plumbing needs. I recommend William Parrish plumbing to anyone that asks for a plumber. Have been using them for about 12 years now with our rental properties and hope to use him until I retire!!!
