My toilet was cracked and I needed to get it replaced. They found me a great new model and installed it for me. They worked around my busy schedule and installed it in no time.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

The Raleigh Handyman, Alan Thompson, installed a storm door for us in our back door way. Very happy with the new door and installation. Having Alan do the job is like having a seasoned pro who is also a funny good neighbor. Alan shows and explains any pitfalls encountered doing the project, but then finds ways to resolve them. He also took the time to adjust and tighten a loose knob on our other door. We enjoyed having The Raleigh Handyman on our project.

The other day we woke up to no hot water. When we went out to the garage to take a look at the water heater it was leaking severely. After reading several reviews online we decided to call Lane Plumbing. The owner, Jim, actually answered himself. I explained the situation to him and that I was having surgery the next day so any thing he could do would be a big help. He assured me he would do everything he could to get me taken care of that day and he did! His crew was out that evening to install a new water heater and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs.
