So thankful for Golden Rule Plumbing! They came out on a Saturday morning with very short notice when our main plumbing line was backed up. Excellent service, very caring, compassionate and kind. They also came out when we had a possible mouse situation. Always going above and beyond helping out of stressful situations!

Service was a great disappointment. Team member who came to clear sewer line, quickly discovered broken pipe from house to street. Called in two other team members to assess location with camera. Informed us that they would consult with others to propose a plan to us; collected $450 fee for cleaning pipe--which of course could not be done with assessment-and promptly left after being paid. No plan, no reschedule, just left. Would never call this company again. Would give no stars except I had to give one in order to submit.
