Our water heater failed over the weekend. Likely due to old age. Michael and Sons came out today to inspect and we discussed a replacement heater or tankless system. We chose to go with the tankless system. They came back and installed the system in a few hours. They were quick, very professional, and their workmanship is top notch. A very clean, professional installation.

We had a bad smell emanating from our newly installed hall bath, but couldn’t figure out why. One call to Waite and voila, it was fixed! Pedro was an amazing tech. He was able to identity the issue within minutes. He worked clean, was professional and had great communication (called when he was 40 min out to give us a heads up). I highly recommend using Waite Plumbing!
