Not a good experience. I called in for heater replacement. She claimed they couldn't send someone out until friday.. when i said I can wait till friday, she changed story and said they are busy and will charge over $100 to come in and give a price quote.

I received a call-back immediately on Wednesday, and Dalton and Charlie were able to fix the sink on Thursday. Dalton and Charlie were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong with the previous sealant, and was able to get the supplies and the right glue. Called Newcomb in the afternoon after heater went out. They sent out a Tech, Richard G., the same day to diagnose. He quickly diagnosed as a bad blower motor/circuit board. He spent the extra time researching the issue and was able to determine the part could be replaced under warranty. This is normally a $1500 repair but was able to do it for labor only for $250 total (including initial service call/diagnostics). Appreciate the promptness and professionalism of Richard and the quick and accurate repairs.
