He was not only professional identifying the cause of the problem checking all possible sources(We requested the service for an extreme water bill amount) in details but also very friendly manner and patience for all my questions. We have used this company twice and both times felt like the technician was more of a salesman than a tech. OUTRAGEOUS pricing which we didn’t fall for. I hope they don’t take advantage of the elderly or less knowledgeable customers. PS: I hardly never write negative reviews.
