The project manager gets back to me quickly and set up my appointment promptly. It was just before Thanksgiving everybody was busy but he treated me really well. Then I got my new furnace installed the next Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The technicians are nice, too. So perfect score, 100 percent satisfaction. strongly recommend.
