I was very pleased with Rooter and Sons with the install of a brand new water line form the meter to the house! They also installed a new shut off valve and pressure regulator near my crawl space opening. They even had to bore under my 10 foot driveway. They were on time for the job and had all the materials and tools needed for the job. The experience and knowledge was exceptional! The technicians (Scott, Tyler, and business owner Chad) did a great job! They were 100% professional, courteous, and polite. They paid attention to detail with every aspect of the job. I called several plumbers in the Durham, NC area for a quote on replacing my hot water heater day of and got frustrated quickly by wait times of up to 4 days and ridiculous up-charges and fees. The quotes ranged from $1,300 (but a five-day wait) to $2,300 (with the earliest installation promised for tomorrow morning).Rapid Repair, however, promised to get someone out to my house TODAY for a consultation. The plumber they sent, Michael C., arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation carefully and without any salesmanship, told me he could do the install this afternoon and gave me a quote closer to the bottom of the range described above. He was able to pick up the replacement heater within 20 minutes of his initial visit and had the installation done three hours later. He was courteous, communicated clearly, and was absolutely professional, the total opposite of the vibe I was getting off of the folks vying for my business earlier in the day.I will gladly call Rapid Repair for future plumbing issues.

Thanks to Omar, he did a quick and fast service. My fee came out to $150 but I work graveyard and end up paying $250 he came back and said he’s an honest man and doesn’t believe to do that to customers. Man I’m thankful cause it’s Covid and times are tough. I really appreciated it and said I want his info instead of going through my landlord. I gave him a $20 tip for his good work and honesty. I contacted Plumber Rafael Signal Hill to come over and take a look at our main line, plumber was able to come the same day and he was on time for the time we scheduled. Plumber Rafael was very hard working and professional. I couldn't be happier with service.
