I paid almost $400 for them to unclog/repair my toilet. As soon as they left my toilet was clogged again from simply flushing it with tissue. I’ve called about my complaint and no one has followed up. I had to get someone else to fix my toilet. Zero stars; would not recommend

I had a sewer line backup and flood the house over the weekend. Initially I called a big disaster recovery company in Tulsa, they came out for measurements and promised a quote for work that afternoon. Called the next day and still working on it. Insurance Agent recommended ESR, so I called them and within a few hours there was a crew there ready to start.
Tyree and Journey were professional, honest, and diligent. They were quick to get all the impacted areas removed and sanitized.
From the bottom to the top ESR was the first to make me feel like my emergency was actually an emergency and took care of my family. I hope I never NEED to contact ESR again, but I can’t recommend them enough for the service they provided.

PS. Month later and I still haven’t received a quote from the other company.

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they don't believe in returning phone calls. I guess they don't need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.

I never used this company before but while driving in
Bruce B Downs I stop in the red light before turning into home depot and the van behind me started to honk his vehicle horn and once I turned he passed me using the lane of the traffic in the other direction and then stopped and came out of his car using profanity words (like the f word and MF word and others). I took a picture of the guy in the company van and posted in google but this guy is a reckless person and driver endangering others. I called the company and reported him and need to said the lady answer the phone was very nice and told me actions will be made since that kind of behavior is not acceptable in the company. I really felt threat with this guy and I advised for this guy to seek professional counseling for his anger management and driving skills. Hopefully the company will take action against this guy but I will be extremely concerns with this person providing services to me or any of my family member. That social behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. The company maybe good in their service based on google reviews but with employers like that guy will not last too long.
