Can you imagine how I felt the morning I discovered my hallway floor wet. A water line connection to a shower had ruptured. I found Omar on Google and went with good faith on his rating, both my wife and I are glad we did. Omar came out and arrived at the time he said he would and fixed our water leak problem. I highly recommend Omar, not just because he can fix plumbming issues, but because He is very courteous and respectful to our home and us, his new customers. Very professional and trustworthy! I had a tiny leak make a huge mess that ruined my bathroom and my wood flooring. My insurance agent recommended ESR/Disaster Hero, and Tyler and his team took over and did everything. It was eye-opening seeing what a group of professionals can accomplish while staying in budget! We went over all my options and he listened to all my concerns and said five little words that made me so happy, We'll take care of it. I highly recommend this company, they know what they are doing.

Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂
