Drain backed up in my garage and flooded my living room, dining room and hallway! I just had hip replacement surgery so this couldn’t have come at a worse time! All my wood floors had to be ripped up and I lived for more than 5 days with what felt and sounded like 100 ginormous fans blowing constantly. All my furniture got moved to a pod in the driveway. During the course of this disaster my cat went missing (she’s an indoor only rescue kitty)…now comes the GOOD part…..Andrew, Brandon and Tyrese opened and thoroughly searched the pod and found Minnie inside the couch after Brandon heard her meow. She would not have survived another 24 hours inside the metal pod in 90+ degree heat! If I could adopt these young men I would! This company was thorough and professional. Rick got to the source of problems we didn't know were the cause of our problems and fixed them so that they looked good as new and functioned perfectly. Cleaned up after himself, leaving things better than he found them. Communicated very well and met all of his promises.
