I have 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and the 3 guys, Gio, Daniel, and Fabio, arrived on time and replaced everything quickly and cleanly. The price I got from Rural beat the competitors price by about $1K. I've used Rural for a number of years for service and they've been a good service company. The last tech, Ken, did a great job and was very professional. Didn't realize ants could short your AC unit, but he showed me otherwise.

At first i was just calling around for quotes and a couple of questions. Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what questions to ask and what to look for but they helped me with everything. I received amazing customer service.. I received help from Arionna and Sheldon. Ask for them A++ Thank you so much guys!! The got the job done quickly and my house is feeling amazing!

Anthony was thorough in the maintenance service provided. He communicated clearly his assessment of the AC/Heating system.

Cannot speak more highly of Sonny's Mechanical!!! We have been using them for over 3 years. We have nothing but high praise for their work, professionalism and the cleanliness and care of the crews. Our service calls have been both emergencies and maintenance on our Heat Pumps and 35 year old ductwork. Their fees are very reasonable and they stand behind their work 100%!
