We had our 1908 bungalow fully re-plumbed, new sewer line put in, water heater replaced, and all new plumbing run for a new bathroom and kitchen. So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Took the extra time to listen to the situation and followed me through all the experiments I did to possibly figure the problem. They also asked questions concerning problem. They were prepared however the project ended up taking two days but was repaired and the situation was resolved. They also wore masks and maintained the distancing rule. I had called the day before and I had a scheduled appointment the next day. Our plumber was professional and knew what they were doing! This is a good company to contact if you have plumbing needs!
