Explaining everything to me and also showed me how to turn water off at street if we ever needed to do this. While he was on site he asked if I needed anything else done. We hired Craig Anderson to replace a broken water heater in our condo. Rick came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Rick is very personable. The company charged a very fair price for the work. We will definitely call them out again if we have another plumbing problem. Highly recommend.

We had tried to install faucets ourselves in our 1970's home right before Christmas and were unsuccessful. With guests on the way, Cornel was able to get us onto the schedule and complete our job. Even coming back early the following morning when it was discovered that the faucet we had bought from Lowe's was missing a vital part that we had to go get. Above and beyond! Cornel saved Christmas! We will definitely be doing business with them again.
