WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROWE PLUMBING. This is our second experience with Rowe, and both times we had quick scheduling, they texted reminders, and the technician phoned when he was on his way. We first had Rowe come in early January to repair a drain issue where the washing machine empties into a wall drain. They came on time, unclogged the pipe, and the cost was very reasonable. A few days ago, we noticed water on the floor behind the washer and observed that bubbles were overflowing from the wall drain when the machine was in “rinse and spin” mode. Cameron from Rowe came. The first thing he did was to recheck the work that they had done in January to make sure that the drain was still flowing well— it was. He checked for other possible issues by running the rinse and spin cycle a few times. His diagnosis: we have been using too much detergent! He made sure that there were no more overflow bubbles. Then he said there was no charge!
We REALLY appreciate Rowe Plumbing for their honesty, excellent work, and for first rechecking the work that they had done in January. They stand behind their work! NOTE: we are now using less detergent and have had no more overflowing bubbles!😊😊

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
