Can’t say enough good things. They installed our tankless water heater. They were on time, very professional and communicative. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. It’s really obvious they are of the mindset “if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right”. We will be hiring them for our future plumbing needs

I had renters who couldn't use water or toilets for several days due to clogged pipes & because I had to dismiss the first plumbers I called. Proline located the problem in the main which involved digging up the front yard, a real challenge due to difficult access. After digging down 10 ft, the scope had led them to the wrong pipe. They had thought they were just about done but the problem-solving was just beginning.
As it was getting late I was worried about being abandoned. It was a real mystery as to where the water was going. My deep gratitude to Eddie, Alex, Vlad & Tony for their determination, persistence, & ability to work together to solve a very unusual & challenging problem. I hope they all get a raise.
When they finally located the problem, it was a mess! They fixed everything, backfilled the yard, worked in the dark & were finally done at 9pm...after arriving at 7:30 am. Although I thought the estimate I agreed to was a bit high at first, I really appreciate that they didn't double the price when things got messy. Thank you to that team!

Lemme first start this off by saying my partner and I are first time homeowners.

The other day we had an emergency, when our neighbors came to our door and told us our front yard was flooding! We started to panic, we had now idea about this problem and this was a first for us!

We tried to figure out what was happening by ourself and our neighbor but were unable to find the cause. Finally, my partner caved and called around trying to find a plumber around the area that could come same evening. After a bunch of calls and let downs we finally got connected to home advisor and they said they would connect us to someone who could help.

Here comes Rob and his partner Ty to save the day, after a long day out in McMinnville, Rob had no problem answering the call, helping us try to figure out where the mainline to shut off our water was and helping us at stay calm all at the same time.

After about a 10min conversation with my partner, Rob was knocking on our door within an hour to help us figure out the problem.

He quickly told us everything that he believed to be the problem and that we would be without water for the night but that he and his crew would be there first thing to figure out the problem.

I left my house the next morning around 8:30ish to head to work and Ty had already come out to get the work started! I was super happy to see that they kept their word and came out first thing! I also never mentioned that this was also on a Sunday, which shows a lot cause who wants to work on Sunday!

Rob and Ty worked all day from 8:30am to 5pm. They dug up a hole in our yard, found the problem, and replaced everything that he could. He not only explained everything he did to with great detail, he did so in a way where I felt like I was learning something and felt more comfortable about any problem we may have in the future!

Words can’t describe how lucky we were to have found Rob and His crew to help us with a very scary problem, as most home owners know anything that happens can be scary when you don’t know what’s going on, and Rob made us feel very comfortable and helped ease anxiety we had with it all.

I’ve met very few people in my life who actually love what they do and love helping people, and after everything experienced with Rob I can tell he is without a doubt one of those people!

So thank you Rob and Ty for all your hard work, you made two young home owners very happy!

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks Terry!

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

No one likes to call a plumber but from now on if we do have to call one we will be calling CCP. They responded quickly. Dante was friendly and professional. He found the issue right away and told me what it would take to fix it. We had him do the work and haven't had an issue since. These guys were great! Highly recommended!

Highly overpriced services, not efficient, lacking in know-how and problem-solving. They also charged me twice for the first hour in which only inspection was done. Trying to get hold of them to remove duplicate charge

David did great job with my plumbing job. He replaced a cheap faucet that I had in my mud sink which took some configuration changes that other plumbers were not willing to do.

He also replaced several cheap plastic acorn stops with metal quarter turns.

He definitely knows his stuff and I will be using him again for my future plumbing needs.

Nick came out to look at a leak from our bathtub. He was responsive and professional and we'll definitely call him again next time we have a plumbing issue.

Drew was great! He explained everything and made it easy to repair pipes in that area again if needed. I would recommend working with Drew.

Wow it was such a cool time I got to spend with John he fixed some plumbing issues for me and saved me alot of money.

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
