Cameron was prompt, polite, fast and knowledgeable (even on this 115 degree day). He diagnosed a mixing valve problem right away and fixed it on the spot. I’ll definitely use Sutherland again.

The technician answered the phone during evening hours, had me send picture of the water heater tag, and showed up the next morning with a replacement. He did a great job installing it and explained the differences and features of the new water heater. It should be noted I had called a different “24 hour service” company first that didn’t answer the phone or call me back til about noon the next day.

We are not on city sewer and have a septic tank with a warning alarm where we live. The alarm was tripped on a Sunday afternoon and we knew we either needed the tank pumped or maybe our pump failed. We experienced this before and knew we needed to get service ASAP. Monday morning I called PDX Sewer Solutions to help us out. Rob took my call and discuss options with me. He came over quickly (within 1-2 hours) to take a look and assess our situation. He was able to what we needed and he helped us right away. Rob was so kind and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and the price was lower than other companies we have used in the past. I am an extremely happy customer and they will be my first call the next time we need service. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions and will be a happy return customer.

Avoid this outfit at all costs. They made a mistake on some of the finish work at my house and tried to charge me for the extra time. When I disputed it and hadn't issued payment for ONE DAY, they showed up at my house and turned off the water while I wasn't there! Horrid company and super rude. They wouldn't even put boots on or lay down tarps or anything while they worked in my home. That should've been my first indicator to not use them. Too late now. Again, super unprofessional and overall rude. Avoid at all costs.

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Clark County Plumbing is excellent to work with! From the first call with their helpful office staff, I could tell CCP wasn't like the other plumbers I'd been working with. Patrick was able to diagnose the problem with my hot water heater immediately and was courteous and professional through out the repair process. I highly recommend!

Okay, I was desperate. A pipe burst and I called All PRO Plumbing of Hillsboro, OR. I asked for their rate. $160 per hour. Gulp. But, I did mention I was desperate right? With cold temps here in Portland, all plumbing companies were busy. So I call the fire dept non emergency unit and they helped me turn off the water at the property line. Three hours later All PRO shows up (5:00pm) and they are very nice. Within 30 minutes they've turned off my water valve to the hose bib and turned back on the water at the property line. They give me a tutorial on how to do this myself for both my outdoor faucets. Then they write up my bill. For less than 30 min of service, which is now after hours, $365! That's 2 hours minimum service (what?!) and a $45 trip charge. Funny, they didn't mention that on the phone. Mind you, they didn't fix the broken pipe or remove the damaged sheetrock and insulation. No, but they're willing to come back to fix the pipe and recommend a company to handle the sheetrock. No thank you. Nice fellows but I've never felt so taken advantage of. I know it's cold and plumbers are busy, but All PRO didn't gain a loyal customer through this experience.

Nick installed a new dishwasher and disposal for us and resolved some issues with plumbing in the kitchen. For starters he removed our old dishwasher that three other plumbers couldn’t remove. He was great at communicating everthing with me throughout the process. He will be my first option for any plumbing work going forward. My family has much respect and appreciation for him!

Beau Vincelli replaced critical parts of a Toto toilet for us. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and competent with all work done. He was also considerate enough to fit our project into a waitlist window (important for toilet repairs). Beau was personable and courteous through the whole process as well. I highly recommend his services when the need for a professional plumber arises. We will not hesitate to call him again in the future. Support you local services.

Kent arrived at 8am and the window was 8 to 10am, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Very nice and knowledgeable! I signed up for the service plan just because of the service Kent provided. 2 thumbs way up!!

He almost set our house on fire yesterday! And he made the issue worse! The Kitchen sink drain is completely blocked. I swear to god I am not kidding or lying. He was left a extremely hot light under the sink, there is outlet under the sink. Thank god we were at home and we smelled smoke. He arrived 1 hour late, and he went out to rent a machine during the work, it took him 6 hours to make the issue worse! He is assigned by Select Home Warranty which is a horrible warranty company!

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
