Best Parts Replacement in Portland OR

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

We had a somewhat unusual plumbing project. Zach did a great job in assessing what needed to be done & then did an excellent job in the implementation. He arrived both days at the time promised, and was respectful of the household (gently placing our grumpy kitty back inside). I plan to use Central Air fir future projects.

Thank you Nick and Cody (and Anna) for working us in to your schedule on short notice and getting our water back on. 2 days without water over a weekend is no fun at all. Today we had a plumbing emergency. Another contractor (utility) accidentally broke our waterline. Portland Mechanical Contractors was dispatched to help. When I called, Sabrina was very understanding and did her best to get us a tech asap despite how busy they were. The tech (Eric) was a pro. He handled the problem and we got our water back 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Not an easy thing to do these days. Thanks PMC.

Terrible customer service. Abandoned job after hours of waiting because they were too lazy to look for parking downtown.
