Great service from start to finish. Scheduler was pleasant and got right back to me. Terry arrived on time. Explaining everything to me and also showed me how to turn water off at street if we ever needed to do this. While he was on site he asked if I needed anything else done. I now know who to call for expert professional plumbing services.

Had a great experience with ALD. We had another company come out initially and they misdiagnosed a problem that should have been obvious to a professional. We decided to get a second opinion. Eric with ALD immediately saw the problem and knew exactly what was causing it and what needed to be done to fix it.

I had a major water leak between my house and the city main line. They responded quickly and assessed the situation. I needed a new service line dug into my house. Not a quick easy job. The owner came out on Saturday and provided me a temporary line so I wouldn’t be without water(his suggestion not mine), so thoughtful! The new line was in soon after. They made a highly stressful situation so incredibly manageable. Best customer service I have ever had, super nice, timely, and professional. I am so grateful for their help.
