When I found I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking, a friend recommended BP Plumbing to me. Brandon advised me to call the company to get a replacement part, and let him know when the part arrived, and he would work me in. My part came free of charge on a Tuesday. I let him know that afternoon and he came the next day at 10 am! I was amazed he could fit me in so quickly! He completed the job in a timely manner, and my faucet is now leak free. I highly recommend BP Plumbing.

Our family was about to go on a day trip on a holiday weekend when we discovered that our outdoor hose bibb had sprung a leak and was leaking water into our exterior wall and pooling inside home underneath our carpet. I put in an call about 11am dispatch let the on-call plumber (Chris) know about our problem. Chris contacted me around 11:30 and was at our house by Noon. I usually do my own home repair but this job was a bit much for me, since I wanted a solution that didn't involve the previously installed hose bibb (it was installed in a terrible and inaccessible place). I told Chris I wanted the previous line capped and a new sillcock valve installed that would be accessible from the crawl space. Two hours later the job was done.
The price was quite expensive, but we were informed about that from the get-go and we were expecting it since we wanted an immediate repair. The response time was amazing, especially for a holiday weekend! Chris was very professional, communicated clearly, and was very timely with his work. I'm very pleased.

The service team canceled the trip onthe first day for no reason. And when I called checking on what time they would arrive they were rude and blamed me. The next day they called to put me on the schedule and were beyond rude. I have not ever had an interaction with a so-called service company like this.
